I find myself almost forced to vote number #7
I'm born in Romania and Cevapcici are relatives with "Mici/Mititei"
The story sais that Mici are born in Romania, in the oldest restaurant of Bucharest, "Carul cu bere" where they still keep the recipe secret...
What's the difference between the two? Well... The meat...
Cevapcici are made from kebab meat... The translation indeed is cevap-kebapi-kebab... Has no pork in it...
Mici are a mixture of meat (including pork) and spices...
Who was the first?
Cevapcici were bort in 1960 in Belgrado...
But Mici were already there from 1920...
Mici rules 💪💪💪

In Australia, we call them "Chevapchichi" which isn't as romantic sounding as the Romanian version. :).
We don't put them in bread like that but cook them like sausages and serve them similarly. Some cultural ideas get lost when something is introduced to a new culture. You probably make them in a way that is far more delicious as well.
Personally, I can't go past the dessert platter in No. 6.
