I was hoping to catch you in Costa Rica @paleotwist. Life here is much simpler, we love it. I do prefer the dryer heat up on the north coast over where we are now though. The beach is a must because I’m such a beach bum. But good news, since we are relegated to staying under air conditioning I’ve been creating some yummy recipes. Soon to come to the blog after I get some photos :).
