Ha! Another post bookmarked. Those burgers look crazy delicious!
One question though, how long and at what temp do you grill the patties?
No Bison here, but I think lean minced lamb meat will do.

I'm glad you enjoyed them @papilloncharity :) We cooked them at about 350 degrees for 19 minutes. I don't want them to be undercooked! We love lamb as well, I'm sure they would be perfect! You'll have to let me know. Blessings!
