Looks delicious. Any food that can boost your immune system this time of year is a must. The ginger and turmeric will surely do just that, who wants to be sick for the holidays. You mentioned that you will grow more of the turmeric and ginger next year so that you don't run out. We have never tried to grow either one, but we will be adding both to our garden next year @plantstoplanks.
