Nearly two hours. I sat on a long bench made of cement next to the Acacia tree. Waiting. Hope someone I adored came to see me here, as promised.
Dry air began to eat in the road, while anxiety began to attack me. I had to take a deep breath so I could calm down and take the coolness from the Acacia tree.
I moved from the long rectangular seat. Then walk to the fish pond. The clear water shows green moss growing on the sides and bottom of the pond. Moss green is so bright. The green moss looked very happy to be able to live together with goldfish. Orange gold carp tapped its mouth very funny.
The sky has turned golden yellow. And the heat began to subside. I sat alone in the red swing. Swing it slowly while looking blankly at the fish pond beside the swing. Until when do I have to wait?
"It's very dangerous sitting alone in a deserted park like this, miss!" a soft voice in a worried voice, awakening me from a 87 blank stare. "Kidnapping is happening right now, you know?" he added. He smiled jokingly.
He sat on a green swing next to my place. His face was bright, his nose was sticking out, his eyebrows were thick, and his eyes were shining. Long hair should shoulder to the rhythm of his swing. Swaying back and forth.
"How do you know I'm here?" I asked. There was a glimmer of passion in my heart when he came. It feels like diving into cool water when you are in the midday dry.
"I have no idea. Maybe my heart tells. And that makes my feet really want to come here, "he answered. Then, he swung his swing tighter. His hair danced in the wind.
I can only smile at the answer. And swung back and forth slowly. I'm not excited about swinging at all.
"Go home," he said. His face was beside me. The swing is almost stopped. I just shut up. My whole body refused to move from this place. Especially my heart that still wants to wait for him. "Dusk is almost gone. Go home, miss! " he asked. Her soft voice made me realize. I was so sick I had been waiting for almost three hours.
I forced my body to rise from the swing. But it's very difficult to get my heart moving. Then after realizing it was almost dark and the park was very quiet, my heart also wanted to go home.
"Er ... Happy Birth Day!" he said. There is doubt from the tone of his voice. His right hand offered a box of maroon paper and gold ribbon.
"Hey, how do you know I have my birthday today?" I asked, smiling in surprise.
"I have no idea. Maybe my heart is the one to tell, "he answered with a chuckle. Then, he passed. Walk with stomped steps even though wearing only sandals and white and blue shorts.
