The universe is a very large place, so the statistical likelihood of any species not hearing about The Fake Snore Trick is higher than you might think.
Problem is, SOME humans snore so loudly they keep their spouses and significant others awake! Or make it so those same spouses or significant others wear earplugs to bed.
