you know I have learned one way to struggle with insomnia - a person need to concentrate on the breathing, just pay attention only to how you're breathing, no thoughts, no ideas, no hurry, just air in the lungs, in th nose, in all your body....entering and coming out... it really helps to calm down and fall asleep
Thanks for the comment and advice. The breathing trick does indeed help, but it always seems to slip my mind when needed
