Fiesta is a religious holiday. Mostly Catholic people does this festivities, where a particular community in a specific date every year celebrates it with carnival, foods in each house like thanksgiving and some other local activities and games.. People from other places will come to eat the free food. It is a whole day accepting of guest. Some guest even bring to go food too.. We called it "BH" bring home food for others in their house.

It was a big day in our community. Streets are busy with people walking and cars on parked along the street..

It is also time to see friends and relatives like a reunion. Chitchat, eating and drinking time with so much food and crispy pork roast...
