What is grilling? This is cooking on a metal frame over a charcoal. This does not use some oil in order to cook your food.

This is a healthy way of cooking, no added cholesterol. You only have to make sure that the food your grilling will not be burnt out. Hahaha
( mas mainam o mas magandang paraan ito ng pagluluto sapagkat hindi ito nakakadagdag ng kolesterol sa atin. Yun nga lang, kailangang bantayang mabuti ang inyong iniihaw baka masunog. Hehehe )
