if you're in the circle your posts make money and if you disagree with steemit police then you don't which is fair enough. Old money rules the world. steemit early adopters determine the rules by how much power they have, there is no incentive to make content that is good if you are already flagged to death. Only good thing I can produce is photography on other accounts and now that is flagged too.
at least auto curation works so voting power isn't completely wasted but there is no incentive to be a "good actor" in this system when someone with 10 or 20x my steem power can just downvote me.
I'm not saying your content is bad, it is good but if I produce high effort posts now there is no point because no one will see it.
I like your baking post, reminds me of family life, summers etc.
for the above reasons, I can make pointless posts on my blog so that it attracts downvotes and then someone else can't be downvoted with the same steem power due to me taking one for the team. I don't know if that makes sense but my thoughts on how to combat steemy police.

If you think flagging posts is worthwhile then by all means but taking tonnes of rewards in the process is pure hypocrisy.
