Next day morning Sanketh wakes up, he sees the clock its 6:30, he takes bath and gets ready. It will be just 7:00, he will be waiting. He will be excited and he will also be scared, because of the fact that Rajeev Bawal is a rich man and he doesn't know how he got rich. All sorts of thoughts enter into Sanketh's mind. Is is a drug dealer? Does he do something illegal? Or maybe his father is rich and he inherited.. all these thoughts wander in his mind. He will take out his phone and he willl type "Rajeev Bawal" in Google. The search results opens up, there he'll see his wikipedia page. It will say that Rajeev is the CEO of Alphatech, and there will be a bio written about him. On an another result there will be a TED talk given by Rajeev Bawal. Sanketh takes out his earphones and starts to watch it. The speech given in the talk will be the same one he gave in Convention center a few days ago. Rajeev sees the time. It will be 8 o'clock. Rajeev goes to his mom.
Sanketh: I have to go now.
Mother: Have breakfast and go.
Sanketh: It will get late.
Mother: Wait 5 minutes I'll put it in a plate and give it to you.
Sanketh: Please, It will get late. I will come back and eat.
Mother: Is it an interview?
Sanketh hesitates to answer.
Sanketh: Ye.. Yes..
Mother: Oh.. You should have told yesterday. I would have did special pooja in the temple for you yesterday.
Sanketh gets annoyed.
Sanketh: How many time I have to tell. These poojas and vows you take only fills the pocket of the priest. Anyways its getting late. I'm leaving.
Mother: Ok..
Sanketh takes the bus, to the address that was given in Rajeev's business card. Even in the bus he will be looking at google trying to find more about Rajeev. The stop which Sanketh was supposed to get down comes, the bus stops, Sanketh gets down. He will walk a few steps with the business card in his hand and he reaches the address. He will see a huge 25 storied high rise building. It will be covered in blue colored glass and will have a lake in front of it.
Sanketh enters. It will look like he entered into a different country like America. The entire plaza will be looking clean and bright. Sanketh will be wearing a T-shirt and a jeans pant. The other people who will be walking inside will be wearing formal shirts and pants. Sanketh will be looking odd and will be standing out from others. He goes to the reception.
The receptionist will notice Sanketh's dressing sense and she will be a little uncomfortable.
Receptionist: (hesitatingly) How may I help you sir?
Sanketh: Mr. Rajeev Bawal told me to come here yesterday.
Receptionist: Wait a minute sir.
She takes out the phone in her desk and she will make a call.
Receptionist: Hello sir, there is some one here who have come to see you.... What is your name sir?
Sanketh: Sanketh
Receptionist: (On phone) Its Sanketh.. Oh.. Ok sir. Thank you.
She puts the phone back.
Receptionist: Sir, I just talked with Mr. Rajeev. He is telling he doesn't know any Sanketh. So, I can't let you in sir. Sorry.
Sanketh: But, how can that be. He himself told me yesterday to come and meet me.
Receptionist: Sir, I can't help sir. I have to listen to his orders.
Sanketh: Can you call him again?
Receptionist: I just called him, his answer was "no". Please. try to understand.
Sanketh: Please, call him once again. I will talk to him. He may have forgotten my name. I can explain.
Sanketh will be worried and frustrated.
Receptionist: Please, you have to leave sir.
Sanketh: How can I leave? He betrayed me!
Receptionist: Sir, If you don't leave I have to call the security.
Sanketh: You call anyone. But, I will only go after I see him... Why am I even talking to you!
Sanketh walks into the door. The security guard will stop him.
Security guard: Where is you ID?
Sanketh: I just want to talk to Mr. Rajeev.
Security guard: Aye.. Get out!
Sanketh starts to fight his way in. But, security guard will be blocking his way. Sanketh tries some how escapes him. The security guard will chase him. Sanketh enters, more security guards will come and chase him. Sanketh is running all over and he is shouting "Mr. Rajeev" on the top of his voice. The people who will be walking will look at him and will be irritated. Fianlly, one of the security guards will grab him and pin him to the floor. Sanketh will still be screaming "Mr. Rajeev", and more security guards will come and try to pull him out.
Sanketh: I just want to see him once!
Rajeev himself will hear the screaming and he comes to the floor that Sanketh is there. Rajeev sees Sanketh and the guards fighting. Sanketh will be getting beaten up. Rajeev runs towards them.
Rajeev: Stop it! stop beating him..
Rajeev sees Sanketh, his dress will be torn and will be beaten up.
Sanketh: Mr. Rajeev...
Security guard: Sir, he entered into the lobby and he is shouting. He is telling he wants to meet you.
Sanketh: Mr. Rajeev its me Sanketh. We met yesterday.. On the bridge..
Security guard: Do you know him sir?
Rajeev will look at Sanketh once again.
Rajeev: No, I do not. Please, take him out.
Rajeev says this and he leaves.
Sanketh will hear this and will shouting and screaming again saying all sorts of bad things to him. Guards will be fighting him.
Sanketh: You filthy son of a bitch... Rich fool... Why did you call me!
Rajeev will be walking and will ignore everything.
Sanketh will start to fight with the guards again. One of the guards will hit Sanketh's head with the stick. Sanketh drops on the floor.
Suddenly, Sanketh wakes up from his bed. He will be breathing heavily and will realize that all this was a dream. He looks at the clock the time will be 6:30. He gets up takes a bath and he gets ready. He sees it only 7 o'clock. He takes out his phone just like he did in his dream and will type "Rajeev Bawal" in Google. He sees there is wikipedia page about him. But, he sees that there isn't any TED talk. After talking to his mom Sanketh gets out at 8 o'clock.
Sanketh will get down at his stop. He will walk towards the address given in the business card. He sees a huge building similar to the one in his dream and there will also be a lake. He enters the gate. It feels like his dream is repeating itself in real life. He walks into the building. There will be a receptionist. He goes near her, it will be a different receptionist from the one he saw in his dream.
Receptionist: How may I help you sir?
Sanketh: My name is Sanketh and Mr. Rajeev had called me here yesterday.
Receptionist: One minute sir..
Receptionist takes her phone and calls Rajeev.
Receptionist: Hello sir, there is some one here who have come to see you.... What is your name sir?
Sanketh: Sanketh
Receptionist: (On phone) Its Sanketh.. Oh.. Ok sir. Thank you.
She puts the phone back.
Sanketh will remember what happened inn his dream and he will be scared. He will be sweating.
Receptionist: Sir..
Suddenly, the phone rings.
Receptionist: One second..
She picks the call.
Receptionist: (on phone) Yes... Please, take the appointment before coming here sir. No, you can't meet without an appointment. Sorry..
She puts back the phone. Sanketh will be sweating. She looks at him.
Receptionist: Sir, You can go in. Mr. Rajeev told me to send you, here is the card. Just show it to the guard. He'll let you in.
Sanketh will be relieved. He goes to the guard and shows the card. He lets him in. Inside he sees a huge central plaza and an atrium above it. He looks up and he will be mesmerized after seeing the grandness of the place. He will keep walking he will be looking at everything awestruck. Suddenly, Sonam will come from behind.
Sonam: Are you Sanketh?
Sanketh: Yes..
Sonam: Please follow me, Rajeev is waiting for you in the office.
Sonam will take Sanketh into the lift, Sonam will be looking amazing and Sanketh will try to take a good look at her. But, hes afraid and decides not to. The lift opens up. Sonam gets out first.
Sonam: This way sir.
Both Sonam and Sanketh will enter into the corner office. Rajeev will be sitting in behind the desk looking out side at the view from his rotating chair.
Sonam: Rajeev..
Rajeev gets up, still facing the window. He turns. He sees Sanketh and smiles. Sanketh will hestatingly smile back.
Rajeev: Sonam, thank you. You can go back. And please, reserve good seat at Raddison for lunch.
Sonam: Sure.
Sonam leaves the room. Rajeev will turn his chair around and sit on it.
Rajeev: Welcome Sanketh, You can come and sit.
Sanketh will go and sit. He will be looking at everything. It will be a typical boss cabin, fully furnished with teack wood finished furniture and walls with picture frames with quotes written on it.
Rajeev: So, Sanketh.. You want to learn how to make money right?
Sanketh: Yes sir.
Rajeev: When I was at your age. Even I had the same goal... Do you who I am?
Sanketh: Yes.
Rajeev: Oh you looked at my wikipedia.. (smiles)
Sanketh: (smiles) Yes sir.
Rajeev: How do you think I made all this money?
Sanketh will hesitate to answer.
Rajeev: You may have thought I am doing something illegal. Haven't you?
Sanketh hesitates to answer, but he keeps smiling.
Rajeev: Or maybe you thought, I inherited everything.
Sanketh nods
Rajeev: We'll I came from nothing and ended up here. You have any questions?
Sanketh: How is that possible?
Rajeev: Very simple.... Everyone works for money, money works for me.
Sanketh will hear this and will be curious.
Rajeev: Here's what I can do to help you. I'll give you a job. You can be my assistant. I already have an assistant, but I don't think she'll mind your company. You work for me. You will be given a salary. But, most importantly you will learn everything you need to know about making money. How does that sound?
Sanketh: Its great. Thank you sir.
Rajeev: And we both will have a lot of fun. I get a chance to test what I know, you get the knowledge.
Sanketh: Sir... But, Why are you doing this? Nobody does this..
Rajeev: Sanketh, I'm not doing this for you. I'm doing this because I'm bored. I want challenges in life to feel alive. You looked like a challenge.
Sanketh: When can I start sir?
Rajeev: Right here, right now..
