When the dictator begins to collapse, we will witness the psychologist's upside-down secretary's eyes. While we witness the fall of Berlin, we observe Hitler's behavior patterns at the same time. Lastly, I chose this film because Terrence Malick, one of the best directors in American cinema, is sitting in the director's seat. Malick has an unfortunate history of making this film, although he is known for his many masterpieces. This film, shot in 1999, went on show with Saving Private Ryan in the same year and naturally remained in its shadow. During the Second World War, Guadalcanal is told about the anguish and the changes he has suffered by a group of American men fighting. Personally speaking, it is a better film than Ryan. He takes the heroic part of the war entirely in the background, exploring human relations under the terrible stress of war. Already the biggest problem in the war movies is the unilateral heroism and unilateral ruthlessness. If the film belongs to the nationality, the heroism in the film belongs to that nation, and the cruelty always belongs to the other side. This situation we see in Private Ryan is not in Malick's film. Despite this, the film, shot at $ 50 million, is definitely not backwards from Private Ryan in terms of stage designs and action.
