Actually sadness is opening the scans from the lab and seeing this. My trusty Bronica has some shutter issues, which really means it’s a lens problem.
That blurry blue spot is my best friend Kelly. She drove 12 hours to come see me and that’s when the camera decided to fail.
It was so pretty that day. These images look like the faded dreams of someone else. Which is cool, but not the look I was trying for.
Far out huh? The guy at the repair place in the city told me it would be three weeks before I’ll even know if he can fix it. That seems so far away right now. Tough day @ chez sloe.

Perhaps one day there will be hope for broken camera images. If you had a camera that functioned properly to adjust with the broken image. You might have a filter. The camera wouldn't be as broken as much as it's the key to future filter or lense?
If that $700 lens becomes a filter I’ll be pretty blue. Don’t get me wrong, I love the abstract artsie style of photography, but it’s not my style. Thanks for the optimism though, it’s appreciated.
Sorry to hear that @sloe. Hopefully it's repairable and at a decent price. :)
Thanks 😊
Maybe the universe is telling me to take a break for now. Instead we are shooting 100% digital for work stuff and I should be focusing on that. Thanks for stopping by @oldmans.
