RE: Finish the Story week 39!

I enjoyed your showing some of the perspective of Vartan's family as he changed drastically from who he'd been before. Something that extreme isn't accepted with a shrug. It's understandable that they'd run a gamut of emotions before landing at resignation. Shown again through their mixed feelings when he was off collecting the leaves for though he was loved and they worried, his presence in his current state made them uncomfortable.

You told a great story of how his journey and dreams affected the lives not only him but those in his village. Instead of Vartan being cast aside by a village full of those focused only on physical needs, they learned the value of not dismissing dreams (and the inner truths they reveal) as mere frivolity.

I'd be lying if I said I wasn't curious as to the name and location (a hand-drawn map will do) of those herbs. 😉

Congratulations for receiving a vote from the Curie community for your wonderful story!

haha! Those herbs are for lucid dream dwellers only, sorry! You finding and using them, and me drawing you a map, might be considered illegal in many countries!

Thanks for another week of a great contest and your comment :}
