I see in the image that it is true you see the turbulence in the water due to the winds. that's what they say here, the white cloths. It is produced by the wind that rose the surface of the water and manages to form white foam.

It was relatively calm yesterday and it has been for a few days. What I'm saying that between the current spell of very warm weather and the previous one we had a month or so of windy and cool weather. During that time, the surface waters were mixed with deeper waters. It takes a while for the surface waters to become very warm again and that seems to have not happened yet.
