SAVIOUR FROM HELL, LORD ON THE EARTH BY CLEMENT AANUOLUWAPO

The source of defeat, discouragement and experience of despair of mankind, including some Christians is the attempt to live in isolation and independence of the acknowledgement of the Lordship of Christ.

Saddening, many acknowledge Jesus, the Christ, as their savior, but not as their Lord.

Many people want him as their savior from hell, but not as their Lord on the earth. Christians, alongside ministers of the gospel, we must truly repent from this.

When He runs your life, your life takes on a supernatural aspect it never had before. When you accept him lord over you, He will fulfill His duties and obligations.

He takes responsibilities of a Father; He definitely will take care of you. Frustrations and confusions would be prevented.

Situations have taken the wrong course, many marriages have entered what they are, just because brethren didn’t hear what He has to say about it, and make him Lord.

We have forfeited our peace and borne needless pains as though we were spiritual orphans, all because we didn’t make Him Lord.

In spite of how well shrewd and advanced you are, how spiritual and wise you are, you are not immune from running and crashing into error if you will not acknowledge His ownership on your life.

This whole counsel must be presented at salvation, the whole counsel that God had made Him both Savior and Lord.

Lord of the seen and unseen life, private and public. There should be no rivalry with His throne of Lordship.

He saved all from the pangs of hell and brought us into His finished work by grace, making Him the savior of all, but not Lord to all, as He is God to all, but Father to some.

Accept Him, not only as your savior from hell, but also as your Lord on the earth in total and absolute surrender, total and unreserved obedience in willful service.

It is a realm called Galatians 2:20; I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ lives in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me.

And that he (Christ) died for all, that they which live should not henceforth live unto themselves, but unto Him who died for them, and rose again (1 Corinthians 5:15). Shalom!
