My first post, where to begin? Happy New Year!

I've been reading posts, trying to figure out where to begin. The first day of 2018 seems to be a great time to start.
Moana is playing on my TV for the 500th time, keeping my little one's attention while I write this. Meanwhile, my older kiddo is jumping on a small 4ft trampoline, cleverly placed in what used to be my dining room. I'm a mushy mom (that's a term I just came up with to express opposition of the crunchy mom). Ever since I've become a stay at home mom I've wanted to start a blog. I think I need more adult interaction in my life. Being a stay at home mom can be seemingly lonely even though I am never alone! Haha

I'm excited to see all the interest in photography on steemit. I love seeing the world through other people's eyes... err camera lenses. I find beauty in the simplest things of life.

Welcome to Steemit, you'll see it's far more interesting than mainstream possibilities, here people enjoy sharing thoughts with more tolerance, and you're even rewarded for your activity ! I'm here since only before December 23th if I remember, only about 10 days but that was enough to ignore Facebook now, I'm like spending 3 hours here for maybe 20 minutes on Fbook, not more :D
