无论什么时候，都要坦诚，只说自己认为是对的东西，那是对作为一个人的尊严的维护。
与要说的东西相比，我们的ego不值一提，因为我们的肉身终将消散，我们的ego也会随之消散，而思想在被创造出来之后即成为了一种客观存在，不会消散。
