RE: Eating fish is good for health, why?

Although you briefly mentioned DHA, a component of my favourite, I was hoping you'd mention fish as a good source of omega-3 fatty acids which has been proven to be helpful in cardiovascular and cognitive functions.
During counselling, I emphasise eating more of fish than meat (especially beef), particularly to pre-hypertensive patients.
