As the "winter" wraps up here in South Florida, we move from one fishing season to the next.
During the winter months, we focus on following the migrating sailfish in hopes and catching and releasing the most sailfish over the course of two days amongst some of the most competitive fishing teams and Captains there are.
The spring and summer, our focus is on what we call, "meat fishing", species that we are able to harvest. These species are kingfish, tuna, mahi-mahi, cobia, and wahoo. This can also be very competitive in the tournaments that are held throughout the entire summer with some events hosting over 100 teams for a single day competition.
