I know right :) I can't wait for the ice to break and the bass to start biting. Nothing like the adreline rush when you feel that nibble.
I normally fly fish, buy you are right, nothing beats the feeling of a hog bass on a line...lol
I'll be learning the art of fly this year. I've already tried it last year using a friend's rod, now I'm on the hunt for my own and will be perfecting it this year. Along with my baitcaster.
