Vacation trip back to my home town, the beautiful Margate Kwazulu Natal :D
Not too long of a trip, just 10 hours down to the south coast but I must say it was so worth it. We did so many things that was on this years bucket list like my first deep sea fishing trip( which this post will be about, but i'll make it short and sweet)How beautiful is this?
I tried my best to not get sea sick but still I did, luckily I didn't have anything come up and out :x and for the the first time ever I saw a dolphin up close next to our ski boat
I struggled to catch my first big game fish which turned out to be a yellow finned tuna I really didn't think they would put up such a massive fight but I landed it, I don't think that I have ever felt as proud as I did that day. That wasn't all I caught, I pulled out quite a few bottom fish which of coarse was fried in the best butter and garlic sauce and the tuna made into beautiful sushi YUM
after this meal I realized I am not a big fresh seafood fan and not a big deep sea fan either but I had so much fun experiencing so many firsts, the good company and most of all the beautiful blue waters in spite of nearly breaking my neck when we docked though
*stay tuned for the next part of the trip including a very drunk night, days at the beach and a trip to the wild coast
Lots of love
