I had a training session with Marv in the afternoon. I didn't do my usual morning cardio session and found I had more energy than usual. I think it showed in my training.
Can't wait to train when I'm not cutting weight. I've a feeling I'll be a completely different animal!

You look so strong as always.. Consistency is what l like about your workout. I dont think you have gone a day without making some good work in the gym. Thats the spirit @fitat40. Resteemed and a happy weekend.
Thanks! I appreciate the support. I do take the occasional day off however I try to keep consistent and do something every day.

You need rest, your muscles get a chance to grow and recover, otherwise you're fine and then BAM! injury city dude!

Hey Cg - I find most of my injuries used to occur due to the intensity of the workouts rather than the consistency.
Nowadays I dial back the intensity and go more often. I've this has been particularly effectively when trying to lose fat and get lean.
If you're not aware of him already you should check out Jeff Cavaliere - AthleanX on Youtube, he is great as he uses scientific knowledge to create workouts that protect your joints, ligaments and muscles.
I've been following him for a few years now and I have never felt healthier and fitter :-)
