Today’s thoughts
Double trouble! I decided to start my cardio mission with a double session. In the morning I slipped in a half-an-hour session.
I planned to only do 30 minutes in the evening however I felt good on the bike so decided to keep going until I hit 1000cal. Needless to say I got a good night sleep after that!
