Warm-Up:
Malasana Pose 60 Sec
Static Squat Rotation 20 Reps
Workout:
Front Lunges 20 Reps
Back Lunges 20 Reps
Body Squat 20 Reps
Bulgarian Split Squat 10 Reps each leg.
60 Sec REST
REPEAT Workout 3 Times π
