Quick message today.
Three things I want to bring to your attention:
Thing 1. This video fits perfectly with the worldwide situation. Watch it!
Will you make the next couple months "alive time" or will you make it "dead time"? The choice is yours, it always has been.
Thing 2. CrossFit HQ announces they are holding an "At-home Open" called the #SupportYourLocalBox Fundraiser.
Guess what... I'm registered AND we've created a custom Leaderboard (just use #myworkoutarena).
....and YES I plan to bring you all the strategies and videos just like the normal Open. I'll make sure that you get your best scores possible.
Just click here to register for the CrossFit "At-home Open".
Note: the cost is completely free, but if you want, you can choose to donate money when you register and send it to an affiliate of your choosing.
Don't have an affiliate but still want to donate? Send funds to @myworkoutarena" (my local gym here in UK) or your closest local affiliate.
Then, once you're registered you'll be able create a custom leaderboard. Name the leaderboard "myworkoutarena" and use the hashtag "#myworkoutarena" - then you're all set!
The first event is released Friday April 3rd and will have 3 workout spread over 3 weeks, involving minimal equipment.
See you on the leaderboard!
Thing 3. United In Movement is launching a fundraising competition of their own with the likes of Mat Fraser, Tia-Clair Toomey, and pretty much every other famous CrossFitter you can imagine.
This competition starts Friday April 3rd, and will release new events every day for 7 days, for 7 total workouts.
Guess what... I'm registered for this one too!
Click here to register for the United In Movement event (it's free, with an optional donation). @myworkoutarena
I want to hear from you...
Did you register for either of these events? Hit reply and let me know which one. This will help me figure out if I should make strategy guides for both competitions.
As always, I'm dedicated to bringing you the best free CrossFit training content on the internet, so if a bunch of people register for these events.... I'll get the camera rolling!
