Just a quick post today. I have a HIIT Circuit that I took my year 10 students through today. They all enjoyed the session. It is really good for those with limited space and no access to a gym. Gives you a really great full body workout.
So here it is give it a go and let me know what you thought in the comments.
HIIT Circuit
Rest for 30 sec between each of the roundsRound 1 Burpees 8 x 20sec Rest 10sec
Round 2 Push up 3 x 10-20reps Depending on fitness level Rest 30sec
Round 3 Squat Jump 8 x 20sec Rest 10sec
Round 4 Plank 3 x 30-60sec Depending on fitness level Rest 30sec
Round 5 Sprint on Spot 8 x 20sec Rest 10sec
