I actually have heard this before. Running is not all that great for your body. Some do have the body to run and running does wonders for them, but most human bodies are not made to run. Infact it does impack the bones and puts stress on some bones that were not made for that type of stress.
Oh yes yes, I completely agree! There's controversy on every single thing haha I actually run and use to run in track haha so I'm sorta going against what I said, but I had to slow down because of some of these problems. But yes, running is doing something instead of sitting haha

I am of the opinion that for the majority of people, running should be practiced if the goal is to be competitive at running, for whatever reason.
However, running for health reasons is better than doing nothing in most instances.
