Yeah... it's so easy to get discouraged... especially doing tiny, subtle movements and exercises that don't really seem to do much... until you don't do them.

Honestly, physical therapy almost feels like something we should learn when we're young so we don't develop bad habits in the first place... especially with overtraining and posture. My PT was actually specifically trained for musicians herself because she was an amazing violinist and had to stop for Repetitive Strain Injury/Tendonitis reasons.
