Thanks for remembering!
Plantar Fasciitis is a weird one... I've had it before when I was playing indoor soccer 4 or 5 times a week (lots of short sprints on hard flooring) and it got so bad that I took 5 months off running completely - and then it immediately came back. I think at that point I had to take up rock climbing or something and get off my feet as much as possible.
This time I'm trying to adapt and stretch through it, but it is a very slow process and I don't really know if I'm on the right track. Unfortunately I'm not super trusting of podiatrists to help me, my experience so far is that they just always sell you incredible expensive heel sole products that I'm not confident helped in any way.
Have you tried alternative medicine? I had awesome results with acupuncture in some of my lesions, including escaping hand surgery!
I've tried acupuncture for some other issues, but never even thought about it for my heels... but it might be worth looking in to. Thanks, this could be a good idea.
I'm a huge fan, especially for these hard to treat lesions. Hope it helps!
