Consisting of :
- Hill sprints and Cross Trainer = 100 reps
- Titan Trial = 30 reps
- 1 x 7 set of 6 reps of Tendonitis Strengthening exercises = 42 reps
Not my best, honestly, but my hands were so sore from last night I had to give them a break... so I'll just do my Thursday and Friday exercises tomorrow...
