in #fitness7 years ago

Cool Sculpting is a fat-freezing treatment. It is a new way to remove unwanted fat from all areas of your body without surgery. The at-home procedure is done by using inexpensive icepacks.

This procedure can help men or women get rid of they fat for good. It is not the most pleasant thing to do...but it's worth it. The fat freezing process can cost around $300.00 to $500.00 if you have it done at a Spa.

In the USA, Cool-Sculpting is FDA approved for fat bulges in the thighs, stomach, along with bra fat, back fat, and upper arm fat.

The DIY at home procedure is simple and can save you hundreds of dollars.

How does it work?

Fat cells self-destruct when they are exposed to the cold, in this case, ice packs. The ice packs are strapped to the area, where you want to lose fat. The fat cells gets very cold, freeze & die off. The dead cells are then eliminated from the body in about 2-3 weeks. Use a cotton cloth barrier to protect your skin. Never use an ice pack directly on the skin...it will irritate the area.

Use the ice pack formula twice a week for 3 weeks and then as needed.

Drinking lots of water will help the elimination process.

As usual, check with your Doctor or medical health care professional to see if you are a candidate for the ice pack fat freezing method.

I'm actually doing this on my own right now. I started documenting my progress in my blog here on Steemit. You can check it out if you want and let me know if you have any suggestions. What do you guys think about ice baths?
