In 2016 I decided that things needed to change because I was gaining stress and medication weight. I started with intermittent fasting and then started doing anywhere from 4 to 10 mile walks a day, I built a DIY punching bag for cardio training and kept up with random workouts.
I am proud to present the "not the best quality" picture of my results.
