I hit the gym on friday and saturday
Friday:
I did 100reps bench press with 50kg
100 reps fore arm coils
100 reps shoulder press
100 reps french coils
50 reps squats with 35kg
100reps of situps
Rode the cycle for 15minutes and jogged for about 10 minutes.
Saturday was light training:
I did 40 reps bench press with 40kg
50 reps of situps
40 reps of fore arm coils
40reps of french coils(hind arm)

Ahhh Friday was a huge day for you, but I already closed out Friday's numbers. To be fair to everyone else in the past and keep it consistent, those won't be scored. But, I'll be definitely counting 170 reps for you today.

Lol yeah. I had to take off the shirt this time. The weather isn't as cold as it was. I hate being sick.
