Set up a workout routine for the week
Here we go, this post is a follow up post of this fitness post, where I mentioned that I am going to have fun working out for the next 6 weeks.
The first week is over
Thumbs up, I had a great 1st week. Within that 1st week I had a daily routine which I will happily change if you have any suggestions. I feel good, and I don’t see any body changes yet, which is what I expected.
Daily routine:
- Cross Trainer workout at least 30 minutes
- Dumbbell exercises 20 times, 3 sets
- Russian Twist exercises 20 times, 3 sets
- Pushup exercises 20 times, 2 sets
That workout routine seems not much, but it gets you started.
Adapting eating patterns
Forget about junk food like any kind of snacks. Also, no chocolate or sweet drinks. I also adapted my eating patterns a little which means that I won’t eat after 6pm. That means that I have 2 meals a day.

Excellent initiative to perform your exercise routine to get in shape, but before starting any routine, a medical check-up is necessary to know our state of health.
A good program about our diet is also necessary, since nothing is done with excellent exercises and then we damage our body with foods with excess fat or sweets.
It is advisable to start with a series of simple and short exercises and to increase the amounts and intensities progressively, constantly taking control of our body and our cardiovascular tension.
I wish you success in your project that you just started to benefit your health and your aesthetics.

Hi @bitsignal i enjoyed a lot watching the video, very well made in my opinion, it's more difficult this challenge because you're workigout at home i mean you can add some runs outside and maybe try some exercises with your own weight like this for example
That's a great suggestion. Pull ups are always a great option.

Great routine, I would also add in some body weight squats too inbetween sets, just keeps the body burning fat and heart raised, helps to speed up the motabolism and get stronger legs! I put my arms out in front of me and squat down low, doing 10 at a time... it burns even with no weights!
With your new diet and consistency, after 3 weeks you should start seeing some good changes and then onwards to the major changes! Keep it up😀
I am going back to Thailand to do a Muay Thai camp in 3 weeks so I have killer sessions awaiting me! :)
The problem with squats are that after a while my knees start hurting, so I can do them only half way which is also good enough.
Yep that is good for sure! Also you could try walking lunges but only go down half way
occasionally try sports fishing,
will make you more relaxed and purpose for calories burned
and body added healthy will be achieved.
