Today was a very diferent workout day that others.
Unlike other trainings today we were not satisfied with doing simple calisthenics, we decided to move a large amount of logs to our training area.
There were approximately 25 logs, some weighing between 40-45 pounds another 90-100 pounds and the last one weighed at least 140 pounds that was moved by two people, they were move 50 meters away and 10 meters high, but that was only half training.
Then we did a giant set of 6 exercises. Each one with 10 reps + 20 segs of isometric + one more slow rep. These was the routine:
10 pullups + 20 segs Isometric + 1 slow rep
10 korean dips + 20 segs Isometric + 1 slow rep
10 chinups + 20 segs Isometric + 1 slow rep
10 dips + 20 segs Isometric + 1 slow rep
10 australian pullups + 20 segs Isometric + 1 slow rep
