Incredible results! How did he do it? I'm doing an intermittent fasting routine along with a ketogenic diet in an experiment to lose 72 lbs in 72 days. Check out my blog and comment daily with what you think my weight is, closest guess wins free steem!

Awesome bro! I am following you now and I'll definitely read your posts when I'm off work. Even though I am software engineer I have a degree in Kinesiology and always been interested in ways to improve health and lately I have fallen off the wagon and trying to get back in the swing of things. There are so many methods on getting in shape which can make exercise and nutrition fun with the options we have due to the internet and being able to access these different methods.

Though it all comes down to consistency and self discipline. Do you have the Arnold Encyclopedia of Bodybuilding? It's only about 20 dollars and is considered the Bible of working out. Great book for everyone since it can benefit beginners and advanced people in working out. Good luck on your journey I hope to see your progress over time

Much appreciated for the follow and the Arnold Encyclopedia recommendation, I was just thinking about it this week how I was going to build lean mass for little to no $$$. Isometric exercises came to mind and would have to be the least expensive but research continues. You will be followed back soon!

hey how long have you been on keto, i am doing intermittent fast as well. when i have enough data i will start to upload it on steemit. i will follow you to keep in touch. fallow me.

I started June 4, 2017 doing 72 hour wet fasts with feasts in between. Currently on a 6 day wet fast to atone for my cheat weekend this past weekend.
