Confirmation of my theory all along. Your joints regenerate themselves in a 14 month cycle...that's science. If your joints hurt it's not from use but because of something else. Anterior pelvic tilt, reverse curvature of the neck, head carriage and a host of factors cause joint pain but joints are ridiculously tough. Well put.
