I stopped drinking soda a long time ago. The only time I have it now is when I am mixing it with something to have as a drink. Beyond that, I don't even buy it or keep it in my house. I have never been in the best shape, so I don't know as though I am the best example though. I can say that by watching my diet, I have pretty much maintained my 250 lbs for the past ten years. I really need to get that number lower though. My wife has been looking at including some weight training in her exercise routine.
