There is NOTHING as motivating as a good playlist!!!
BUT
For those steady state cardio days where you’re feeling antsy and like you gotta go be productive elsewhere, audible for the win listening to self help books like “The Piwer of Habit”!!

YES!!! I love a good audio book, audible is a game-changer! Rich Dad Poor Dad is my all-time fave haha :)

Yes! Such a classic! I think that was the first self help book I ever picked up actually! It created a monster haha
