Cooking, cleaning can't be an alternate to weight lifting but yes that can be a part of fitness to keep things rolling. After reading this i wish you Good luck and yes you should be proud of you!

Agreed, cooking and cleaning definitely are not an alternative. For me, it’s becoming consistent with other things that’ll drive my mentality for better habits. Thanks for the wishes and thank you for reading!
