Fitness Blog, Day 65

A just about perfect day as it pertains to fitness. I really cranked it up. I have taken to carrying a 40lb ruck sac to work and on my lunch walks -- that works out to about 4 miles per day with a big backpack. And today I did 200 pushups, 200 squats, and 100 sit-ups. I will be sore in the morning.
