Plan! Plan! Plan! Schedule your workouts into your calendar or to do list and KEEP that appointment with yourself, no matter what. Keep the vision of what you want to achieve in front of your eyes as often as possible. Know how you want to feel once you’ve attained your goal. This will keep your excitement and motivation high.

Thank you :-) You words gave me some hints on how to keep motivation high.
How many workouts do you have done?
So far I'm trying to keep my pace with walking (at least 11k steps per day) and making the stairs (at least 10 flores per day) Here is my fitbit results for yesterday. Till now 3 days on five :-) and I hope to make it on five to five :-)
Ok, that is 4 days in a row :-)
Today is the last day to get your fifth workout in. I’ll be counting them up in about 20 hours.
I will soon post my fifth one :-)
Here it is. I did five workouts on five day in a row :-)
Great work! @alketcecaj! Proud of your hard work and diligence! Let’s take this momentum into this coming week :)
Thank you @coachjj :-) I'm trying also to complement training with food by eating more protein rich food and vegetables and less carbs.
That is PERFECT! Meats and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch, no sugar! You will see better results from your training by incorporating this nutrition!
