Hi guys,
Here is what I promised. I wrote my current nutrition plan down for you to help you to improve yourself.
Please take a look to my own created plan and let me know what you think about.
My weight now is 84kg and Im 1.83m tall. I
ve set the goal to myself to increase myweight to 90kg within the next 3 months.
I`m eating strictly like this plan from Monday till Saturday. Sunday is CHEATDAY. That means all kinds of food are allowed.
Pizza, sausages or wahtever you want, and guys you can trust me,it tests much better when you eat these kinds of food just 1 day per week !
If you want, we can work on our self together. Copy my plan or get some inspiration for meals of it.
Thats just the beginning. I would like to share my meals with you, that nobody of you will be bored caused by the same food each day...
It doesn`t mean to have no fun during training phase, thats a lie guys !
Actual plan for training is...
- Monday --> Chest and biceps
- Thuesday --> Leg day
- Wednesday --> Shoulders and triceps
- Thursday --> break
- Friday --> Rear and biceps
- Weekend ---> WE HAVE BETTER THINGS TO DO :-)
More detailled plan of training will be shared within the next days.
