I would like to show you that it isn't a miracle to get a better shape for everyone.
The only things to do is train hard, eat clean and keep calm!
If you have a goal, you can achive it for sure and I will assist you to get it as Good as I can.
I will share here my recommendations for food, suppliements and workouts.
I would like to start today with my daily breakfast where are all needed carbs and proteins are included and it doesn't take longer then 5 minutes in the morning.
For mass phase
100g oats
30g whey Protein powder
10g rape Oil
15g flaxseed
10g pumpkin seed
5 g creating
8g glutamin
100g frozen bueberrys without sugar
2 eggs
2 egg albumen
1 Banana
1g cinnamon
5 g barley grass
10 g ginger
Mix it together with water in a Mixer and test tze flavour.
This shake includes almost 1000kcl to support your muscles for perfect recovery and building up phase.
Dont trust the expensive programs in the internet anymore. Fitness isnt a miracle.
