This is. The treadmill where I workout at. The club is called planet fitness. This is the stairs you climb. They move and you step up. Different levels. This is the Stepper. Here is the bicycle. This one you row with your arms. They have several other things to do too that aren't pictured. Here are some balls for stretching. They are great. This one is really big lol. Maybe this will encourage you to get out there and get fit. Oh and of course they have weights to lift too. So don't put up with those pesky ponds that like to add on. It's more fun than you think.

It looks to be a good place to work out. I would imagine that you need to go at least two or three times a week.
Once wouldn't be enough I think.
