I would fall into this category as walking is just a way of life and something you do daily. Just from my school days it was a 10Km walk each way and distance has never been a problem and do not see it as exercise.

that's fantastic. 10km each way and that's just how life was. Amazing. Is that normal in SA? perhaps that is why almost every Saffa I have ever met seems to be extremely fit.
