You should totally true aerial yoga. I can say it’s the quickest way to increase flexibility without all of the pain.. you will build strength as well adding in pulls to the mostly pushing of yoga.

Just look for aerial yoga hanmocks like the one in this photo of me. You may have a studio that’s offers it locally.

thanks for the information. Perhaps I will do that. I live in a reasonably large city so perhaps it is offered.

Anytime, I know I love it for the inversions alone. Decompression of the spine is fundamental.
