FitJourney #6: Still at 82.9 kg – But…

Hey everyone,

My weight is still 82.9 kg today, but honestly, that’s completely normal. The important thing is that the weekly average is going down, which means the diet is still working just as planned. Progress isn’t always visible from one day to the next—but it’s happening!

A Day for Learning and Relaxing

This morning, I took part in a first aid course. It was super interesting and honestly very important. It’s one of those things you hope you’ll never need, but you’re glad to know.

Now it’s time for some lunch, and later I’ll head out to the playground for some quality time. These relaxed days are so important—not just for the body, but for the mindset and mental health too.

Shoulder Update

Good news—my shoulder is feeling better! But I still don’t think it’s ready for a workout tomorrow. I’ll play it safe and wait until Tuesday to train again. No point in rushing and risking another setback.
