Daily Diet "A well balanced day"

Egg on Toast

So for the diet:
2 cups of coffee w/2oz of Almond milk = 65
1 egg on 1 piece of toast = 214
3 oranges = 141
3 carrots = 123
4 Bacon wrapped scallops = 286
Bowl of chicken noodle soup = 200
1 Fajita(a bunch of stuff) 1 dollop of sour cream = 500
4 crackers with cheese dip =200
Total: 1729/2268

So today went way better then yesterday, I mixed in a few bad things but I did them in moderation, at the end of the day I am not hungry, and am not wanting more. The real trick I found is when watching T.V it is the perfect time to munch on carrots and oranges, because you just don't think it is almost automatic. I hope I am adding everything correctly, heres to tomorrow and another great day!

Be careful not to go to low with your calories. Then your body will storage energy and you dont go down in weight.

It's really hard to find a good balance. I am attempting to get closer to + or - 100 calories a day from the 2300
